NOT 1080p which is "true" high definaition. I do not know why, but it clearly states that it is only in 1080i format. By the way, I think it is also the worst movie of the year, so far! Parents beware, this NOT a movie for children, in fact, it should be rated "R". It is extremely violent, full of hatred, treason, bloody deaths and unnecesary cruelty. Was the scene where they hang the little boy pirate to death really necessary??? Was it necessary to portray Captain Sparrow as a hallucinating and treacherous psycho? From that point on, the rest of the movie went down the drain. I am glad the pirates' series has finally found an end (I hope), because they get worse each time. I just find it appaling, that Disney Productions are exploiting the young audiences with violent and gore filled movies. Shame on you!!
