But not only is the city about to be engulfed by ocean water, an enemy appears who threatens everyone in the Pegasus Galaxy! And in the white-knuckle, lengthened Enemy at the Gate from Season 5, as the team tries to disempower Wraith hive ships, the Wraith discover coordinates that will allow them to destroy Earth! ![]()

Ah heck, when I ordered this, I thought it was all the entire top voted episodes, not just two!
Guess you get what you pay for!
Love SGA though, and hope someday the entire series comes out in Blu-Ray, not just a few selected episodes.

This Blu-ray Disc adds some unbroadcast scenes that are definitely worth having. Of course, the HD video makes this a real experience but there has also been some dramatic lighting chnges made to scenes that really make this a much different experience.
Note: the advanced menus of this disc may require you to update the firmware of your player if you have an older Panasonic BD player, for example; I had to do this to avoid a never ending busy symbol as the disc starts.

From what I’ve read this Blu Ray will contain the pilot episode “Rising” which is a two parter, and the last episode of the series “Enemy at the Gates.” Not bad choices for starting off, but I’d rather have the whole series on Blu Ray.
It would have been nice to have at least four episodes though. I’d like to see “Before I Sleep”, “Sunday” and some others get this treatment on the next “Fan’s Choice” Blu Ray.
Hopefully they’ll do the episodes justice and give them a nice transfer to Blu.

As a big fan of all SG, I could easily give this a 5 star! But my negative point is I don’t just want to see the beginning & the end, I want to see it all in Blu-ray! And now, they come out with The Pilot for SG1 remastered, etc. and not even on Blu-ray???
They should at least do like Star Trek did, there are some fans choices but also “so far” Season 1 of TOS and already planned to have the 2 other seasons come out in a couple of months… this gives hope to get all Star Trek in Blu-ray.
Hopefully, by the time this comes out, more than this and the movies will be coming out… maybe SG-1 season 1?

Amazon.com remains a favorite vendor with me, and the issue here is not Amazon’s fault, but since I am giving this disc 1 star, I wanted to say something nice about Amazon. Surf Amazon’s Blu-ray collection, and then decide if you still think the 19$ is worth these 2 episodes.
I am forced to agree with the other posters here on Amazon, there was a huge web survey posted for people to vote for the top 10 episodes of this 4 year series. Why bother doing that, if this is all we get?
Atlantis got some high ratings several times, and actually in Blu-ray’s very first days, photos of Stargate Atlantis were put out in Blu-ray advertising or material that the whole world saw. People posted widely on the web in anticipation of this being one of the very first titles ever out on Blu-ray. Alas, it was not to be.
…3-4 year later we never saw any of Atlantis on Blu-ray, even though it was shot in high definition from the very start. The series on HDTV is stunning in hi-def on high definition cable, at times amazing on a 1080p HDTV.
However, we did not get 1 year of the series, or even the 10 episodes people voted as the most popular, we got just 2 episodes for 19$. Granted 1 episode is a 2 parter, as has already been posted.
I like the show, but not that much. Thousands of other fans who feel very let down, have posted on the web about this series MIA from Blu-ray for years now.
We can only hope for the future
